Refund policy

 

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • All tags, seals, or safety closures must be intact

  • Proof of purchase is required

 

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons (see “Final Sale Items” below).

 


 

 

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item or an item of equal value, depending on availability.

If the requested item is out of stock, we can issue store credit or a refund.

 


 

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 


 

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • the item arrived damaged

  • the item received was incorrect

If applicable, we may provide a prepaid label and deduct the cost from your refund.

 


 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48–72 hours with photos.

We will replace the item or provide a refund at no cost to you.

 


 

 

Final Sale Items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care / hygiene products

  • Hair tools

  • Accessories

  • Customized items
