Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout, followed by a shipping confirmation once your order has shipped.

Local Pickup (Salon Pickup)
Free local pickup is available at our salon location:

Pickup is available between 11am-5pm
You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.
If you haven’t received your package within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us with your name and order number.
Duties & Taxes
All applicable duties, taxes, or import fees for US orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time.
